The teacher work sample project requires teacher candidates to create a lesson, and within the lesson create and implement assessments in the three learning domains: Psychomotor, Cognitive and Affective.These assessments test the student's knowledge and ability before during and after the unit,which allows the teacher candidate to show growth of their students. This project highlights my abilities to be able to create and implement effective lessons that are also able to track the development and progress of each and every student. I believe that this is critical for today's teachers and I feel that I have shown that I am able to do this.

Utilize the reflective cycle to implement change in
teacher performance, student learning, and instructional goals and decisions.
Reflection is in critical tool that teachers must utilize to be effective and continue improving their skills as a teacher. Since there is no such thing as a perfect teacher or lesson, we must always go back over what we did well and what we need to work on. There is always going to be something that we would like to change about a lesson or presentation, and I took my opportunity during the Teacher Work Sample project in PED 434 Statistics and Assessments to reflect. I Reflected on not only on my performance, but also on what I learned and what I will carry forward with me in my career. I feel that through this project and the reflection process that followed it, I meet the standards because I have since used what I learned from that project and used the new information in my teaching today.
